battery and charger work great, last 30 percent longer then the original battery i got with the camera, used it many times with no problems yet, recommend this to anyone, i paid 20 bucks for the battery and 14 for the charger and could not be happier with my purchase........

I only had the battery that came with my camera and it completely discharged during an extremely hot day this summer when I was recording and wouldn't recharge. I bought 2 TechFuel batteries so I'd have an extra. I was pleasantly surprised when both batteries came pre-charged, or at least it didn't take but a few minutes to completely charge them. The first full recharge did take about an hour. I haven't fully discharged the backup battery I bought, so don't know what the battery life is like for it bu the first battery lasted at least over 2 hours I know because I went through 2 full hour long tapes and part of a third.

Good battery at a good price. If you need A LOT of batteries, consider this purchase.
