I originally purchased this camera because it received rave reviews in Consumer Reports. I have not been disappointed. The quality is excellent. I recently taped an event side-by-side with a professional videographer using a camera that cost 3 times as much. When we processed the videos he was amazed that my video looked better than his! I highly recommend this product!

This handycam is just perfect. Its small, has got a perfet HD imagem recordin, battery life... anyway... i recommend it for sure. Don't be affraid to buy it. It so worths the money.

The package had 5 regular tapes - but not HD tapes like I thought. -f - had known that ahead of time - probably would have just purchased some of these items individually.
