An afterthought purchase but I am glad I did

So far I am really happy with Canopy customer service. I had to call to change the policy details such as policy owner and address. To start with there was no hold waiting, an easy to navigate telepromter, and the service agent was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. When I informed him that the plan that I purchased was attached to a gifted to my minor nephew he immediately informed me how to set up the protection plan coverage the correct way (under a parent or guardian's name) so if his item has an issue there would not be a claims problem since minor children cannot file a claim themselves.
I am very pleased with the level of professionalism exhibited by the person I spoke with on the phone. Knock on wood we will not have anything happen to the item that we ordered, but if it does, I am feeling pretty confident in my protection plan. If this man is any indication of the level of service that Canopy serves, than I made a good choice.
