If we can't repair your product, we'll replace it with a new or refurbished product with similar features and functionality, or with an Amazon.com Gift Card for the original purchase price of the product (plus tax).
National Electronics Warranty LLC (NEW), your Canopy Protection Plan's administrator, will fix your product and ship it back to you within 3 business days of receiving it at the repair facility. You won't find faster or better service. Why? NEW has been the innovator in service for almost 3 decades.
For items requiring in-home service (typically some electronics and major appliances), NEW will have an authorized technician in your home within 3 business days of reporting your claim.
In the event National Electronics Warranty LLC (NEW) is unable to fulfill the 3-business-day service guarantee, NEW will refund the cost of your plan upon request. Service guarantee refunds will be issued to you directly by NEW and not by Amazon.com.

I will most definatley look for this future warranty/service agreement from CANOPY with all of my future purchases.
They were easy to contact, knowledgeable about my problem, eager to resolve and very courteous and patient.
