I am comparing this to two other plans that I have purchased and have actually had to use: my wireless phone protection plans via Verizon as well as a policy I purchased from Best Buy on an iPod. I would say that I have two main complaints on this policy: 1) it takes a long time to get your device fixed and 2) the workmanship is pretty poor.
For the claims process, it was actually pretty simple. My daughter cracked the screen so bad that it was not usable. You call an 800 number and a customer service rep walks you through the process. The agent was very nice and gave me a tip that some people take a picture of the serial number with their mobile phones and then blow it up. Seems like a common problem that could be solved with them capturing the serial number at purchase like Best Buy does.
