These are well made and work as advertised. However, do not be fooled by the pictures on their website or here on Amazon. Those are 40oz cans that they show in the pictures to make it look like an efficient use of space. You could get 4-5 times more 14.5oz cans in the same amount of space as this unit takes. So if you are going to store 31-40oz cans, they are great. If you were expecting to store regular 14.5oz cans, it is a tremendous waste of space. Also, their picture on the website makes it look as though these units will fit in a regular 12" deep cabinet. No way! This unit is 16.5" deep. It is huge! It won't even fit on my pantry shelves until I add another 1 1/2" of shelf depth.

We own and use this product every day in our pantry. They work as advertised, automatically rotating our food IAW proper "first-in / first-out" (FIFO) food storage principles.

Fantastic for organizing the pantry, kitchen cabinets, or even just food storage shelves in the basement.

If you really, really like to have an organized home/kitchen, you really want this one!! They stack securely on top of each other, or connect side-by-side (designed to do this, and it does it well). You can really sharpen up your pantry or shelving.

They are sturdy...my husband has stood on one of these (I'm 220+ lbs) and it held me, no problem. (FYI, over the years I've also used a lot of the vinyl-coated steel wire sheving units--and they simply don't work as well as the Cansolidator Patry, or its related bigger & smaller "brother" products (Cansolidator Cupboard and Cansolidator Pantry PLUS).

This is one of those purchases that I got on impulse. It's an alright product.
Pros: does organize cans, easy to set up, easy to use
Cons: huge/ doesn't fit into standard cupboards, configuration really doesn't hold 40 cans, expensive for being plastic

I gave it 3 stars more because of "Organize It" not giving the correct information than because of the system itself. Before you buy, research. I did, and still messed up. The 40 can unit (Cansolidator) is not 30" wide as "Organize It" advertises, it is 20" wide. I measured my shelves, and it still sticks out (deep) an inch further than I thought it would. If you are going to get the 40 can unit, it's cheaper to get it from the Shelf Reliance site while it is on sale...as it is often. The system is sturdy and easily assembled.

I have one and love it! I've seen complaints that it is too big for cupboards. They actually make a Cansolidator Cupboard that is smaller. The Cansolidator Pantry is designed for a pantry with shelves deeper than the typical cupboard. Even so, my pantry shelves are only 15" deep and this is 16.5" deep. We just secured it with a nail so it wouldn't slide out and haven't had any problems at all! I recommend visiting the Shelf Reliance website for better prices or for the best price, locate a Shelf Reliance consultant and order it through them. SR now does home parties and the party prices are amazing. Almost half for this particular organizer. I am a consultant myself actually, which is how I know all this info :) Good luck!

This shelf organizer is the best I have seen. It is very sturdy, but the thing I like best about it is you can adjust each slot to fit different size cans. I was able to put 4 different size cans within the same organizer. I wish I could afford more right now, but in the future I will buy these instead wasting my money on cheaper ones that don't last and aren't as versitile.

Excellent product! Very easy to put together with numbered slots on the front and back to make sure everything is straight and aligned. Loved the stackability and expandability.

The product depth is deeper than our shelves which are a standard 11.25 inches wide. Be aware of that fact when purchasing. This causes the front to be lower than what it is designed for and thus makes the cans not want to roll like they should. The unit is larger than you might think it is. My wife didn't like it in her pantry so I had to move it to a less accessible area. In general we do like the system.

I bought my first two at Costco and ended up liking them so much I went searching for more. I am able to see what items we are low on without pulling cans.
If you have room these are great!

I like that you can adjust the size of the slots. You can stack the shelves on top of each other, or connect side-by-side.

The Cansolidator is also easy to assemble thought it could have made a little more durable as when piecing together the rails kept falling off.

Also don't over stack it as a can will roll off and land on your foot or little doggy.

(Thank goodness my dog moved.)

The organizer is large, so I found it took up a lot of space in my cupboard. It also did not hold 40 cans.

Would I purchase one of these? Their retail price of $38.99 seems a little steep for something like this, so I most likely wouldn't.
