I first heard Yesterday's Kids from the Lookout Freakout sampler 3 and heard "Eighteen." I thought next to The Cootees "I'm Okay, You're Okay," it had to be one of the best songs on that sampler. Anyway, I got this album and could NOT find one song I didn't love. If you love hyped up alternative punk with classic punk roots, catchy guitar riffs and wise lyrics, buy a copy of this album. It's one of the best albums I have ever heard.

I found this band on emusic.com and am definitely going to buy the CD! For a bright pop punk sound Yesterday's Kids are it. The melodies and vocal harmonies are true to the genre but are not tedious and qyuite inventive as are the lyrics. I've been listening to this non-stop for about 2 weeks.

...it's all true. This record is tragically underappreciated. Easily one of the best records to come out in 2002.
