Aubrey Ghent's album is the fourth in the very successful sacred steel guitars series. Ghent is the most jazzy of the musicians recorded in this series, a fact emphasized in this recording with keyboards and drums. Most of the hymns are given comparatively slow, laid-back approaches which emphasized Ghent's ability to make the steel guitar sing.
If you liked Ghent on the anthologies (first and fifth recordings in the series) you will love this.

I thoroughly enjoyed the cd and would readily recommend to friends of mine that's talented in singing, playing the guitar and piano.
