I Love Dilbert, But . . .,
By J. Conn "Wife, Mom, Doula, Big Geek" (Pittsburgh, PA United States) - See all my reviews (REAL NAME)
This review is from: You Can't Schedule Stupidity (Hardcover)
As a big Dilbert fan, I added all the Dilbert books listed on Amazon to my wish list. I noticed it was only 46 pages, which seemed short for a cartoon book, but it was inexpensive, so I figured it was just a shorter book. I didn't check the dimensions, and had no idea that this is a mini-book! Imagine my surprise when it arrived as a gift from someone! It's still Dilbert, and I really struggled over only giving it 3 stars, because the cartoons still are hysterical, but I think the surpise of getting the tiny, one strip per page book knocks it down to 3. A great book to have on your desk at work, but not as a great as a real Dilbert book.

Short but Sweet,

A good book that is worthwhile to read over and over, but a little too short. The jokes are mostly new, however, and I liked this book a lot.

And here I thought you COULD schedule stupidity...,

I must say, all of Scott Adams books are fantastic, but this is clearly one of the better of the lot. A great collection of some of the funniest works by a brilliantly humorous man. Highly recommended to anyone with a sarcastic sense of humor.

Not much else to say here. A very tiny book, with very few comics. If you have the larger comic books in the Dilbert library, I'm not sure why you'd need this one.

Fun, but not worth the price.,

This book is amusing, as all Dilbert books are. Some of the strips are particularly funny, even by that standard. But there are only 22 of them, so it's hard to give it the same rating that I would a full-sized Dilbert book. Granted, it's cheap, but it's debatable whether it's worth list price even so. Particularly since the strips are all reprints; there's no new material here.

TINY book, BIG waste!,

Sure it's funny - but I've seen these all before. A TINY book but a BIG waste of time and money. It cost more to ship these things than the books cost!!
