Inspiring work. I have always believed that play and humor lead to more productive work and healthier relationships so reading this book makes me want to apply the theories, suggestions and practices to my place of work. It's worth a read if it can help lighten your mood on your way to work.

Not only is this book interesting, fun and easy to read but it makes a compelling business case for increasing humor in the workplace. Michael Kerr has done his homework and shows us that a fun workplace is not only a great place to work but a more productive workplace. The book is full of tips that we all can use to boost morale and make our workplaces more inspiring. Who wouldn't benefit from more of that? I have heard Michael speak and highly recommend him. He will have even the most negative and taciturn person in your organization howling with laughter.
