Ingredients
Unbleached Enriched Wheat Flour(wheat Flour, niacin, reduced Iron, thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, folic Acid), seasoning Blend(onion, Tomato, Garlic, sea Salt, Chili Pepper, Oregano, Cilantro, sunflower Oil), sea Salt, sugar, yeast. Contains: Wheat. Made On Equipment That Makes Products Containing Wheat, Milk, Eggs, soy and Tree Nuts.
Directions
Combine yeast, olive oil, and water in a large mixing bowl. Add bread mix to the yeast mixture and mix until dough forms. Knead for 1-2 minutes with hands or with an electric dough mixer. Dough will be sticky. Let dough rise for 30 minutes in a covered bowl. On a lightly floured surface, divide dough into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a thin circle. Brush olive oil on top of dough and sprinkle with seasoning. Place dough onto a greased baking sheet and bake at 375° F for 6-7 minutes, keeping oven door closed. For a golden top, broil for 1-2 minutes.

A very good product...made an excellent pizza crust and I liked the individual pkg of yeast and spices from the main mix....I would buy again and you can not beat the price. I will try some other canterberry products based on this one...

I've actually only made the bread once, but I used two boxes for a dinner party. The bread was a real hit with the kids and the grown-ups. It's easy to prepare and the flatbreads are soft and flavorful, a great accompaniment to soup. I can't wait to try it as pizza crust.

Excellent product but you have to wait 30 minutes or so for it to rise so you have to plan ahead a bit.
