5.0 out of 5 stars Yum!
I've actually only made the bread once, but I used two boxes for a dinner party. The bread was a real hit with the kids and the grown-ups. It's easy to prepare and the flatbreads are soft and flavorful, a great accompaniment to soup. I can't wait to try it as pizza crust.

I was disappointed in the spices. It isn't advertised as spicy hot, but it is. The bread is just homemade pizza dough and that's easy enough to make at home. And, if the spices aren't edible, it's cheaper to make your own. If you don't like spicy hot, you won't like this at all. I will give them all away to someone who does. We couldn't eat them. Couldn't taste...

A very good product...made an excellent pizza crust and I liked the individual pkg of yeast and spices from the main mix....I would buy again and you can not beat the price. I will try some other canterberry products based on this one...

Excellent product but you have to wait 30 minutes or so for it to rise so you have to plan ahead a bit.

This product was a pleasant surprise. It is great as flatbread, but I also use it to make my own
pizza and special treats for the grandkids. You do not have to use the seasoning for the top
but I keep it to use in sauces to go on the pizza. I am not an experienced chef and this makes
it easy for the family and friends to think I am. Try it yourself and you will love how easy it
is for a quick and easy selection of homemade flat bread!!!

Easy to make and tastes great! I have no idea what the person who wrote the negative review is talking about nor what they were expecting. It's fun and tasty. Really!

This sun-dried tomato flatbread tastes really good. I like this sort of thing and the sun-dried tomatoes plus onions and garlic add a zing I prefer, although some may not want it with quite so much zestiness. It would be even better if I did stick to the box directions - I did not. It is very easy to prepare IF YOU FOLLOW DIRECTIONS! I baked two of the 6 box pack, overbaking both times. The first time, a friend whose English skills are a work in progress skipped from the beginning part of the box recipe to the breadsticks recipe for the oven timing and I didn't catch it until later. The flatbreads were still quite good but browner and crispier than need be. The second time, I did the same, over-baking, but for a different reason. The little breads looked too 'white' (I guess I let prejudice get in the way)so I returned them to the oven for too long a time. Too browned once again and very crisp but still good. Maybe the third time will be a charm and come out 'just right' as Goldilocks would say.

Couldn't taste sundried tomatoes. I was expecting a lot so it was really a let-down.
