I love this muffin mix, it is quite easy to make...just add 2 eggs and water. The muffins only take 20 min to bake and they taste delicious! My kids and I love them. When I make a batch the whole thing is gone by the end of the day.....

I really wanted to like this muffin mix. There's something in cake mixes that distinguishes the taste of the cake from homemade - and sadly, this muffin mix seems to have that flavor. In a pinch, these are easy to mix up. I had high hopes for these muffins, but my family thought they were just okay. Substituting some fresh lemon juice (preferably Meyer lemon) for the water might improve the flavor.
