Vivid descriptive, to say the least......,

This review is from: CANYON OF THE GUN (Mass Market Paperback)
Entertaining storyline if one can get past Olsen's flowery descriptions (i.e.,"The unvarying buffet of drumming water through long hours of feeling out your way in a slate-colored oblivion of rainy darkness ate like a drug in to your plodding body and mind, and the chill of a pounding wind taloned into your soaked carcass till your flesh went almost gratefully numb".) Well developed characters.
