I have hardwood floors so needed a good thick mat to cushion my spin bike. This is it. The dimensions are perfect and the price is right. I ordered the same brand of mat for my treadmill as well and it didn't disappoint. Good product!

I bought this mat for a treadmill and I guess I should have checked the dimensions before I bought it because it is too short. I'm using it anyway and just hoping that the exposed carpet will be fine. The quality of the mat is good but definitely not for treadmill use. I would recommend it for a bike, bench or other smallish machine.

This mat is quite thin and lightweight, which is good for moving it around. Unfortunately, it's too thin and lightweight to significantly dampen stationary bike noise and vibration, especially in an environment with neighbors below it.
