- Made of heavy duty 1.5" rope with big rubber ends to keep the users hands from slipping off.
- This is a great attachment for developing triceps.

This review is from: Cap Barbell Pull Down Rope (Misc.)
Quality in materials seem to be there and pull down is holding up fine so far. Unlike rubber ends on the ones you find at the gym, the ends of this pull down is plastic. Two complaints there. 1. When holding the ends together at the beginning of my tri workout, the plastic ends slip on each other and 2. When using for abs and tricepts, the hard plastic kills my pinky fingers, so I have to take my gloves off and wrap them around the ends to have a little "cushion" so I can kick up the amount of weight I am using. Other than that, this pull down works well and does what it is supposed to do.
