Bought 2 and one was bad, but had no trouble exchanging it
I bought 2 of these batteries. When I tested them before my trip, one would not stay connected to the electrical connections on my camera. Batteries.com willingly and easily accepted the exchange for a new one (they sent me a postage paid return label by email when I called them, I actually got a person). I recieved an email confirming they had recieved the return and...

Was this China made?
The item arrived in time and good condition. I bought 2 of these but they don't perform the way it is stated. Both he battery holds just 20-30% of my original battery. Waste of money!

I bought 2 of these batteries. When I tested them before my trip, one would not stay connected to the electrical connections on my camera. I recieved an email confirming they had recieved the return and I received the replacement rather quickly. I would buy products from them again. This battery is slightly larger, and lasts longer than the one sold with the camera.
