i got my pair in brown, and the color is exactly as what the picture shows. the heel is at a comfortable height. i wore them for an hour straight with no strain. i actually wanted to keep them on longer because i got a lot of compliments on how pretty they were! best for narrow/slim feet. good investment, will definitely wear them in the future.
