The Best Reference,
By Emmett Miller (Burton, WA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Cape Breton Ceilidh (Paperback)
This is the best reference available to the musicians and music that now enjoys the attention it deserves. Most of the book covers step dancers, fiddlers and piano jockeys, but MacGillivray even throws in a few pipers. For the real mackay in Cape Breton piping, check out Barry Shears' CD, A Cape Breton Piper, also available from Amazon.
