My 4 year old daughter is very true to size and has several leotards already. She wears a 4T so I ordered this in a small (size 4-6) and it's very tight on her, as well as short. Also material doesn't 'give' much. Disappointed.

My daughter is a pink girl... I was concerned when I first saw the leotard because it is a peachier pink than it appears in the picture. Luckily, it passed muster. So if you're buying it to go with something, it would be worth keeping that in mind. Otherwise, it's great... as I said with the black leotard, this is well made and launders well.

The sizing for this leotard is completely inaccurate. My daughter is a thin 3T, so I ordered the 2-4T thinking there would be some room to grow into it. It's too tight, too short, and the fabric doesn't stretch. I highly recommend ordering the size up.

came to amazon for this product after local stores in the fall had run out of ballet leotards as the season of classes began, so, as all clothes bought on-line, no opportunity to try it on. it is great, washes well and after 4 or 5 weeks of constant washing, maintains its elasticity and color. only problem is the sizing listed as from 2-6x. my daughter just turned 5, and she is an itty bitty tiny 5, she mostly wears 3t-4t (except pants where she needs 5t for length). so, if your little one is an average 5t or beyond, I wouldn't recommend this size, go up one.

great quality...sizing is toward the smaller side..i have twins almost 4 years old they are small...my taller daughter was a little small with this size...worked for our wedding probably wont get to wear to much longer.

Girls' leotards can be expensive -- and ugly. This classic Capezio is the one my daughter selected, but I am so pleased with the quality and look of the item, I probably would have chosen it myself. Basic is beautiful! We love this elegant little leotard, which also washes well.

This is an excellent quality leotard. Very durable. Washes well. Stretches just enough, but isn't baggy on my daughter. I would recommend anyone to pick this brand!

This is great leotard for my four year old daughter. She wears a size 4, so I ordered the 4-6X. It fits her great, with a little growing room. I love the color on her. We've owned a couple other Capezio Leotard's and all have held up well over time. Great quality for the price!

The quality of this little leotard is excellent. Not difficult to get into like some ballet wear. Also, the quality of the fabric is good and is not prone to snagging.

My 4-year-old daughter is tall for her age, but has a small waist (3'6", 38#s). So I'm always nervous ordering clothes for her. I bought the Small based on some other reviews and it fits really well. The length is great; the body is a little loose, but that's fine (I wanted it big enough to fit this fall and into spring, too).
The constuction is solid and the material is surprisingly soft--some leotard fabric can be really stiff. I'll buy this again, when she needs the next size. :)
