These are really great shoes for dancing. I used them for Salsa dancing more than anything. It takes a little bit to get used to them, but after a few days you'll feel comfortable on them. Especially if you are not a tall person, these shoes will help you. If you are a tall person though (I am 6'3'' tall) I am not sure I recommend these shoes. Your posture will get worse when you dance with shorter girls because you'll end up looking down and curving your back.
