I ordered a 6 wide for my daughter, and they are very small. They are the same size as her children's size 3.5. According the the sizing chart, a 3.5 is the same size as a 5. However, I held these up to the 3.5 and they were exactly the same. Order at least 1 size larger than you need!

These tap shoes worked for me. They are comfortable and well made. I usually wear an 8 or 8 1/2 in street shoes, and the 8 1/2 tap shoes fit me perfectly.

My 9 year old daughter wears a 3 in street shoes. She wears a 5 in these tap shoes and loves them

I bought this for my college daughter taking tap as a part of her Music Theater major. Everything concerning the purchase is a 5-STAR - price was good, delivery was timely, the shoe looks good, and my daughter likes it. The only thing keeping this from a 5-star rating is time. Will the shoe hold up over the course of the year? I really don't know how long a tap shoe should last, but I'm hoping it'll serve my daughter's purposes well. So...5-STAR rating if quality over time proves it so!
