5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic shoe that lasts forever
I've worn this shoe for over a year and it's only since had a little bit of thread unravel under one of the forefoot pads.

The shoe runs small (I wear a 7M in street shoe and 8M in Capezio), as most Capezio products run a size or so smaller. The front was a bit tight and the heel a bit baggy but I will not take off a star b/c my feet tend to feel that way in...

2.0 out of 5 stars who makes these shoes?
Same as the capezio jazz shoes, Way to small for normal people. None of the kids(48) could fit into the shoes, in the sizes that where recommended. All had to go up at least 2-3 sizes larger and almost all needed the wides. Very frustrating. Makes me want to start my own dance shoe business-not for profit.

I've worn this shoe for over a year and it's only since had a little bit of thread unravel under one of the forefoot pads.

The shoe runs small (I wear a 7M in street shoe and 8M in Capezio), as most Capezio products run a size or so smaller. The front was a bit tight and the heel a bit baggy but I will not take off a star b/c my feet tend to feel that way in all shoes - the leather will stretch out and a heel liner fixed up the bagginess fine. The shoe is also pretty light.

It hugs my arch beautifully and the "insole" is actually a piece of leather sewn in, attached in the same seams to the forefoot and heel pads on the outside off the shoe. It gives a nice bit of resistance as opposed to Bloch or Sansha that don't have a true insole and just a leather lining.

3.0 out of 5 stars the belts are not equally wide, September 20, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Somehow I don't feel comfortable when there are two belts or shoelaces not linked anywhere. Their width is not equal. So if I sew them on the shoes, that won't look nice. The shoes may not need a lace to tie tight. But to secure, the laces may still be needed. So I will return the shoes.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very comfortable!, March 26, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Excellent ballet shoes. Just remember to buy a size bigger, 'cause they run a bit small. I'm usually a 7 o 7.5, and I had to get an 8.
