I just received this item from Amazon. I was sent a customer return with a broken spout. The broken piece was not included. The manufacture's carton was torn apart and had previous shipping labels and return labels on it. The packing inside was destroyed and the item was wrapped in a plastic bag. The shipping box was 4 times the size of the smaller carton and was "protected" by a small rolled up piece of brown paper. No-star customer service at best.

Great carafe but the price is too high for a replacement piece. I already paid $300 for the machine!
