Reviews can be deceiving... I purchased it after reading the first review and did not expect dishonest reviewer here. Unfortunately, someone created it to benefit the distributor! The return policy (Ace Photo Digital) is guarded with a long page of peculiar conditions not common among Amazon vendors. This should have been the first clue... Second, follow the instructions and if your espresso reminds you the last visit at Jeffy Lube, you are not alone. I used filtered water and organic beans, better ingredients than you can hope for at your local Starbucks, but... This is not why I come home after work and hoped to have a single shot of espresso. It has been a disappointment to say the least.

Fast and frothy rich coffee is the best I liked about this espresso/cappuccino maker. It did not take more than a couple of minutes to get the cup filled with well-prepared coffee. A must-have for coffee fans.
