I found this to be more limited than others I use when I am writing copy for greeting cards. Although the rhymes are certainly usable, it is more difficult to track down the sound you need. With its 1986 copyright, it does not address coloquial and recent slang. It is adequate for children or occasional writers.

Very easy to use. Useful in writing personal poems, and creating good phonics for other writings.

Structure:
1.....Divided by vowel sounds
2.....Sub-divided by vowel-consonant sounds

Review:
This structure makes it easy for me to look up sounds and related words.

This is the second time I've purchased this product. I bought my first Capricorn Rhyming Dictionary back in 1995 and toted it everywhere with me. I used it to write six musicals and various other songs sprinkled throughout my plays. It proved to be an invaluable tool. I love the way it's laid out - it's the only rhyming dictionary that makes sense to me. My first one went through years of rough handling and abuse; I'm loathe to give it up, but it's disintegrating. So I finally broke down and bought a new one. Thank you, Bessie Redfield, for making it all so easy.
