My wife has just completed the two bottles she bought as a trial and is now reordering. She has IBS and the 5 capsules a day that she takes have done a good job for her. Previously she used Metamucil, but this is equally effective at a better price.

This product works as well as the Metamucil capsules.If you like Metamucil tabs get this product at a fraction of the cost.

The product works very, very good for regularity... I've given some to my sister-n-law.. And they worked good for her too.. Thanks....

I wasn't having digestive problems, just started taking these for general health purposes. These have been great! By comparison to how I was before, everything moves even more smoothly and naturally. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is either having digestive issues, or would just like to get more fiber in their diet in a comfortable, natural way.

The serving size says 6 capsules, but really, if you eat sensibly, you are probably getting some fiber in your diet anyways (unless you only eat candy and fast food). I take 3 or 4 with meals and end up ingesting probably 6-8 of these a day. So far so good.

LOL...not even going to try and review this. Let's just say it works as promised. Arrived quickly, and was a good price. Enough said?

Tried it as it's price was better than Metamucil. After two week long 'Where's de Beef???' sessions I went back to Metamucil, which cured me in less than 12 hours, using the same dosage for both products.

left an earlier review but leaving this updated one as the previous one i wrote for this same product is not yet showing. would've given 5 stars but product was not received as of more than 2 weeks past the shipping date; emailed seller who, within a day or two, sent it out. i received it the very next day. item was gift for friends. haven't taken it personally but friends checked it out and indicated that it was the same as the metamucil pills that they had been taking but was available at a much better price per pill. thank you very much.

Serving size of 6 capsules? It's a little insane. Also, this has both soluble and insoluble fiber. I like Fiber One a lot more.
