Great.., February 11, 2005
This review is from: Captain America Volume 5: Homeland TPB (Captain America (Quality Paper)) (Paperback)
After reading the trainwreck that was Vol. 4, this was pretty refreshing. Wonderful artwork drives this Morales story, until the last chapter where it kinda loses its way due to a cross-over from "Truth: Red, White and Black" (another Morales project, of which I recommend). It's a longer read then the previous volumes and a slightly different direction. If you ignore the last chapter it's pretty great.
This is probably the last trade-paperback that Marvel will make for the Captain America Marvel Knights series. If you really want to continue the series, check out "Captain America: Disassembled". Although I dont recommend that title at all. This series doesn't really know where its going at this point (too many writers will do that).
