I honestly had no problem with the product until attempting to play the Captain America disc, but it won't even open the menu screen. I honestly hate the fact I'm going to have to return the entire product just to replace one disc.
New briefcase arrived last Thursday and the old one has been shipped back already. Everything worked. Try contacting Amazon and start a return. I know it might be a hassle, but Amazon is pretty bad ass in the exchange dept. as far as I am concerned.
