I honestly had no problem with the product until attempting to play the Captain America disc, but it won't even open the menu screen. I honestly hate the fact I'm going to have to return the entire product just to replace one disc.

I am having the same problem with the Hulk movie. It started skipping then stopped playing. I cannot get my PS3 to recognize it now. >:(

I just contacted Amazon and started an exchange. I have a new box set on the way and am headed to the UPS store right now to send mine back.

New briefcase arrived last Thursday and the old one has been shipped back already. Everything worked. Try contacting Amazon and start a return. I know it might be a hassle, but Amazon is pretty bad ass in the exchange dept. as far as I am concerned.
