The book was hastely put to digital. There are alot of typos. You can mostly read the book, but there are parts of the book I have no idea what the pargragh was suppoes to say. Decent story though.

This old boy was one of a kind...True American hero, He was one tough lawman and good at his job. Sure don't make them like him any more. Enjoyed the book a lot, he had all kinds of experiences with the job as Texas Ranger.

yep, the old boy himself made this without him realizing he was making authentic ! Rough written harsh misspelled
repeated and one story very much like another over & over ! Wrote probably like how he talked, somewhat.

This is an excellent biography of a Texas Ranger, particularly of the 1880s, 1890s, and early 1900s. It is a good read.

Excellent reading material. It gives a very realistic account of how the Texas rangers kept peace and order in a very large territory during an important time in history. Good reading!
