5.0 out of 5 stars chuckles galore
This book is soooooooooooooooo funny I thought I'd split my side laughing. The one thing that makes it a little(just a little) worse than other C.U. books is the fact that it does not contain an INCREDIBLY GRAPHIC VIOLENCE CHAPTER(IN FLIP-O-RAMA!). But this book is still funny and really good. Parents might find the humor offensive but it is still hilarious and the toilet...

3.0 out of 5 stars Neat , Nasty & Naughty
Yes, it took something totally "disgusting" to get my seven year old hooked on reading......but hey, I am not complaining. He is now carrying a book wherever he goes....who would have thought? When someone can get a kid to pick up a book and take along instead of the game boy.....well....just amazing!

They are very cute and not nearly as nasty as the titles...

A Kid's Review
This review is from: Captain Underpants and the Big, Bad Battle of the Bionic Booger Boy, Part 2: The Revenge of the Ridiculous Robo-Boogers (Paperback)
Parents might find the humor offensive but it is still hilarious and the toilet stuff is kept at a minimum. There is one part where George says (spoilers!), "Big BMs have always made me think of you," but that is practically the only joke of its kind in the book. One more thing: Those of you who have recently finished Nostril Nuggets and think this will finish off the saga, it won't. It leaves you hanging yet again with the prelude for what is shaping up to be the most exciting C.U. book yet! Stay Tuned!

4.0 out of 5 stars The 7th Epic Novel by Dav Pilkey, September 4, 2004
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Captain Underpants and the Big, Bad Battle of the Bionic Booger Boy, Part 2: The Revenge of the Ridiculous Robo-Boogers (Paperback)
Wedgie power! Incredibly graphic violence (in Flip-O-Rama)! Back in action! I really like this book. There's only one problem with it. It's too long. And after a while the story gets a little bit lame. But this book was good nonetheless. The ridicuous robo-boogers are parts of the original Booger Boy, and I won't tell you who he is. I just wanted to say this is a really good book. And, Dav Pilkey, if you read this, when is Captain Underpants and the Purple Potty People coming out?

5.0 out of 5 stars A Guy In Underwear, May 27, 2004
By
This review is from: Captain Underpants and the Big, Bad Battle of the Bionic Booger Boy, Part 2: The Revenge of the Ridiculous Robo-Boogers (Paperback)
This captain underpants is about a little boy and an adult that wears underwear. These two boys name George and Harold switched their prinsiple and some dorky kid name Melvi. George and Harold switched their brains accidently. So now Mr. Krupp their principal has his brain in Melvin and Melvin has his brain in Mr. Krupp's.
In this book I liked how George and Harold reacted when Mr. Krupp act's like a little kid, and how Melvin act's like is that he is mean all the time to others.
I would rcommened this book to others becaues to me I think this book is funny and very interesting.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very silly!, January 6, 2012
This review is from: Captain Underpants and the Big, Bad Battle of the Bionic Booger Boy, Part 2: The Revenge of the Ridiculous Robo-Boogers (Paperback)
Dav Pilkey is one of the most original creator of children's books out there. His works include such books as Dogzilla, the Dumb Bunnies series, the Ricky Ricotta's Mighty Robot series, and (of course!) the Captain Underpants series. This is the seventh book of the series.

This book picks up immediately after Book 6 (The Night of the Nasty Nostril Nuggets). It has become apparent that the Combine-o-Tron 2000 has placed Mr. Krupp's mind in Melvin Sneedy's body and vice versa. George Beard suggests that Melvin (now Mr. Melvin - it's rather complicated) construct a time machine to put everything right. But, when Kruppy the Kid (I told you it was complicated!) becomes Captain Underpants, things go from bad to worse!

OK, if that description sounds very silly...well, it should. This is a very funny book, one that is sure to please the young reader. My seven-year-old thought that it was hilarious, enjoying it from cover to cover. Yep, we both loved this book and both highly recommend it!

1.0 out of 5 stars Read Something Else, January 4, 2012

This review is from: Captain Underpants and the Big, Bad Battle of the Bionic Booger Boy, Part 2: The Revenge of the Ridiculous Robo-Boogers (Paperback)
Santa brought this book to our son, since he thinks most books are "boring". We suppose the elves at the North Pole figured that anytime you have a fun cartoon graphic and the word "underpants", you can get a boy to read it. But what we've found is bad grammer and humor right to the edge or even over the edge of appropriate. We are not prudes, but at least get the spelling and grammer right. It IS possible to be funny without destroying the English language. We are recommending Santa take this one off the list for young boy's next year.

4.0 out of 5 stars One of my favorites, December 27, 2011

This review is from: Captain Underpants and the Big, Bad Battle of the Bionic Booger Boy, Part 2: The Revenge of the Ridiculous Robo-Boogers (Paperback)
When we last saw our heroes they were facing down three terrifying boogie monsters. In this book, Sulu the bionic hamster saves them, but that just flings George, Harold and Captain Underpants into their wildest adventure yet. If Mr. Krupp and Melvin Sneedley having switched bodies wasn't enough now Melvin is principal! And that means Melvin has Mr. Krupp's super powers and Captain Underpants has none.

This is a tangled plot that only...time travel can fix?

The Captain Underpants books are fun, silly (and a little gross) books that kids really love. They're good for reluctant readers since there aren't huge blocks of text to overwhelm them. Best for a 6-13 age range they make excellent library or class collection books as well.

I read the series aloud to my 4 year old boy, and he laughs and laughs. We just love the flip-o-rama. These are drop-dead funny. Highly recommended. Pictures on every page for little readers.

5.0 out of 5 stars 3 and 5 year old can't put this book down!, August 13, 2009
This review is from: Captain Underpants and the Big, Bad Battle of the Bionic Booger Boy, Part 2: The Revenge of the Ridiculous Robo-Boogers (Paperback)
My 3 and 5 year old are loving reading time and this book. My 3 year old is now a kindergarten grade level reader due to this book. He is phonetically aware of the words in it and tries to pronounce them! My five year old is now reading it with fluency at 2nd grade level. Prior to this book, my five year old was a slow reader and doing Bob series of readers which bored the daylights out of him, now he loves chapter books. He is earning each book as a reward and just reads it everywhere we go. THank you for helping my kids love reading! and they now want to read all day long!
