The receiver picked more channels than other receivers I had. The User's Manual does not tell you everything you want to know. No contacts for tech support. I had to spend 4-6 hours browsing the internet to get SOME information from forums but, still I could not download the firmware. When I set it to record a 2-hour show it created about 20-30 small files. Now I gave up on using the PVR.

this box needs a $42.00usd Donglewhy we need a dongle when others dont use a dongle, its should be cheaper, when i calculate, it worths it money by checking how much months i used it for, it dont worth the price, best pay for what u want to see or download high def and watch it later, this box and dongle should worth $50usd for the most ,buy the cw600 or the 650 model, or DONT BUY,download what u want to see, Tube Plus or Blink X, shows all your latest show u want to see on cable. i will not buy again unless the price is much cheaper only because i have new satilite and lnb set up on my house, CAPTIVE WORKS MAKE A PRODUCT THAT WORTHS ITS PRICE, i bought 3 boxes and dongle costing $456usd but where i live in the caribbean it cost me $800usd total cost to reach me, all boxes just stop working within less than a 18 months cant even get part or support, Great Job Captive Works, if any 1 can read and assist me with my 3 boxes i will be greatful

excellent team has very good image
quality audio is good, though I
recommend putting any fan to cool a bit
as it is very small, so does wind generate
