Capturing the Moon is a great book. It is a book that should be available at synagogue libraries, Jewish day schools and Jewish homes.

As a long time fan of Ed Feinstein, I was thrilled to see this book and to browse through its pages. Rabbi Feinstein does a great job of collecting some of the best Jewish stories around -- and rendering them in a "tellable" form. That would be good enough, but then he adds some leading questions after each story -- turning each reading experience into an educational experience as well. The best part is that story tellers will be able to use these stories -- and the questions -- in their own performance art. This Rabbi is an amazing storyteller! These stories are great to just read yourself when you need some direction spiritually, and are easy to read aloud to groups of adults and children.
