About the Author
Jack Gillis is Director of Public Affairs for the Consumer Federation of America. Previously, he spent three years with the U.S. Department of Transportation, where he was responsible for developing the government s automotive information program. An expert on consumer affairs, he spent 10 years as a contributing correspondent for NBC s Today Show. Years ago, Madison Avenue Magazine said Jack Gillis is out to change the way Americans buy their cars. And he has.

Great book for reference when you are getting ready to buy a new car. Better info than any other book out there. I've been using Jack Gillis' books for at least 15 years eveytime I even theink I want a new or used car.
