This is an interesting book to read. The book tells about a young boy growing up in England in the 1950's/sixties. The book is written from a boy's perspective.
Wesley is a child generally allowed to grow up with minimal parental supervision, he see's life from his window passing by.Wesley knows all the makes and models of cars in his life.We follow him as he grows up and gets more into cars, finally he starts driving with interesting results. The book is a gentle read from an earlier simpler time. well worth a read
