O. K. I have never been shy about the fact that I am NOT a Big fan of Zane. I loved "Addicted" and "Afterburn" but her writing is not my cup of tea. Every author is not for everyone and I am not bashing her (No hate email please) To make a long story short, I saw the cover of this book and decided to give it a try.

Caramel Flava is a variety of erotic stories on every level. I was not totally certain of what I would find. I really enjoyed reading this book. They were Ummmmm... really good. I particulary enjoyed Naleigna Kai's story "Just Damn Good Sex!" It was a story not really about the sex but the person. I may have to pick up a book or two by a few of these featured authors. Am I a Fan of Zane? Ummmm.... but I'll admit, every once in a while I will pick up one of her books and take a peak - you may discover something or another author worth checking out.

OK everybody. If you're reading this book you better be prepared for a hot night and a cold shower! Woooo (fannin' myself) This is NOT a book for those who blush easily! Kudos to all the wonderful writers and to Zane in particular for pulling together this excellent anthology.

And a special Wowie! to Anne Elizabeth for her story Sugar and Butter Poured Over Muscle. AE is one of my favorite new authors - I now actively look for her stories and have never been disappointed when I've found one. Anyway, she hit one out of the park with this spicy little gem.

Enjoy! But have something cold to sip on the nightstand ... and hopefully something hot on the pillow next to you for when you're done reading. (You'll need both!)

When at look at this title, I knew I just had to get it. The stories in there were soooo hot and steamy! My favorite ones were the masquerade, my destiny, and just damn good sex. Reading them just turns me on....I'm soooooo glad that there's a book that could fulfill my fantasies. I would love me some caramel flava right now!!!!!!

This book is a must buy. The collection of stories in this one will have you wanting more and more. A page turner fo sho.

This book is one I really enjoyed reading. Some of the stories are better than the others. And some are very explict. Well most are. If you're ok with that, than I suggest getting this book. I'm only giving it four stars because like I said, some of the stories are really good while some aren't so good.

I am a big Zane fan and I just knew that I would enjoy this book, I got half way finished and took the book back to the store and got my money. It was nothing like her other book, i guess because she did not write the stories herself and the spanish just did not do anything for me. I still love Zane to death

I brought this book the same time that I brought "shattering the myth" by Zane. I am not impressed with either book, but my review is for this book only. I thought I'd give it a try because I hardly ever see books about black women being in IR's; for those who have the same thought, be warned that most of the stories are about Spanish, not black women. There were one or two good stories, but most of the ones I read bored me so I did not finish this book either.

This book will blow your mind. Zane collaborates with other authors and she writes two stories out of this book.

This is not the typical Zane book! I didn't realize that the stories weren't all written by Zane, which at first was a big dissappointment, I mean, c'mon, the woman is talented! Some of the stories were really good....vivid with just the right amount of detail! The very last story is written by Zane in pure Zane style! Best story in the book and its called
'What Tomorrow Holds'! I will say that there were a couple of stories that I really enjoyed, 'Closet Freak', 'Den of Pleasure' was one of my favorites....an encounter in a masked den of pleasure and the woman this man is with in this explicit encounter ends up being his wife... 'My Destiny' a story of revenge, 'It Is What It Is' oh and I can't forget 'Saints and Sinners'... I could go on but I don't want to spoil this book for you!
