I purchased 4 of these mugs from Home Shopping Club for Christmas Gifts...2 gold and 2 silver. I LOVED them and wanted to buy more for additional gifts but they sold out. I was thrilled to find them on Amazon at about the same price. I ordered gold mugs from this seller and the silver from another. The silver ones arrived...beautiful and in perfect condition. The gold ones, ordered from this seller looked used. The gold handles were dull & dingy looking..not shiny like the others I had purchased.
The gift boxes were mashed and the paper cover that was to surround the box, with information about the product, was missing on each of them. I have never had to return anything purchased thru Amazon, and the one positive experience with this product was that when returned, I got an immediate refund, which I appreciated. |
