Tastes great, and not just great "for an energy food". Reminds me of the taste of airheads taffy candy. Seems to give good energy boost, although other gels have to taste horrible for a reason (maybe better energy?).

Strawberry banana tastes good. This is a little thicker than the Gu brand, more difficult to eat without water in the middle of a run.

I LOVE these gels. I have completed many triathlons thanks to Carb Boom. The Apple Cinnamon flavor is the best. As I tell everyone, it tastes like the gooey insides of an apple pie. YUM!

Carboom Gels are an excellent product. I find this product doesn't get too sickly sweet like some of the others on the market. My preference is the Strawberry Kiwi flavor.

I'm an ultramarathoner and have used these gels on races up to 100K in length. They contain real fruit concentrate and are by far the most natural-tasting gels out there ... to me, most of the others taste like model airplane glue smells.

If you use energy gels frequently, you'll always look forward to taking one of these, and you won't gag on the taste.

I have been using Carb Boom for my energy needs for marathons and triathlons for a year. Previously I kept searching for one that fit well for me and this is it. The nutritional value is as good as or better than any other product I have tried and since these carbs are not sugar based they tend to last longer than sugar carbs. Carb Boom ended my search for the perfect energy gel.
