If you're interested in low-carb eating, this book is for you. It has simple recipes & is easy to read. For us on-the-go Mom's, the meals in this book take just a few minutes to make, they are super healthy and there's a nice variety to choose from.

There are meals with eggs, bacon, ham, chicken, pork chops, burritos, and there's even recipes for french toast, hotcakes and smoothies! Everything tastes just great!

I also really like how the table of contents links you right to the recipe page you want.
Overall, I highly recommend this recipe book!

I was disappointed in this book and don't understand the 5 star reviews. It's a very basic book - scrambled eggs, omelets, the occasional baked egg recipe. Recipe #7, Colorful Omelet Breakfast tells you to 'add tomato and spinach' - no spinach was listed in the ingredients list. Recipe #9 tells you to add onion mix. She never says what what the onion is mixed with, so what mix? Recipe #14 Little Bacon and Cheese Pizza Breakfast, has you mixing eggs with cheese and lemon pepper in a separate container. She never mentions the egg mix again, never telling you what to do with it. I quit reading after this and will delete it from my Kindle.

So, too basic and very unsatisfactory instructions - do I really need a recipe for bacon and eggs? Glad it was a free book. (A note to the author and her non-existent proofers, in the Intro. we see "unfortunate heath problems", not health problems, and "I am just a simple person that wanted to share" - you are just a simple person WHO wanted to share.)

Do yourselves a favour, shell out for the South Beach Diet cookbooks instead. This was almost an insult to my intelligence.

My favorite thing about this book is that each and every recipe states the carbs, protein calories and fat in the dish. When switching to a low carb diet it can often be hard to find new recipes, this book makes it easy, simply flip to any page and you will be delighted. I also like that most recipes make four servings, I live by myself, but I know how to use my freezer! Simply freeze the other three servings and now you have pre-made breakfasts for days when you are too busy to cook, a great way to stay on track with any diet. The breakfast burrito and chicken and peppers recipes tasted great, and were easy to make.

I appreciate the author's attempt but she did not succeed in writing a good book of recipes. This free download was free for a reason. Most of the recipes are not low-carb as they are 20-25 carbs a serving and the servings are small. Most low-carvers will try to keep their carb counts to 25-40 for a whole day. There is too much reliance on bread in this book. Most people on low carb diets do not eat bread. I'm not sure that the author truly comprehends what one should refrain from eating on a low-carb diet. I appreciate anyone who puts the work into writing a book but I believe that delving into the research on low carb diets, and understanding them more fully is essential knowledge prior to writing a recipe book.

I very much enjoyed this delicious recipe book. It contains some tasteful breakfast recipes to start the day with. In today's fast paced society, where people don't take enough time to cook a proper meal, obese is a serious problem. This short and sweet recipe book will show you how you can eat healthy, without spending much time preparing your meals. There's a nice variety of foods, and outmeal makeovers are left out. Every recipe is culturally diverse, and simple and fun to cook. I highly recommend a copy if you want to start the day in good shape!

I really liked this book. It contains some tasty breakfast recipes and offers enough variety to prepare a healthy breakfast. If you're looking for a fun way to kick off the day, but don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, and at the same time keep your body in good shape, you must get a copy, you won't regret. It's a short book, but once you know how to make the recipes, you will eat a low carb breakfast and get enough energy for the rest of the year! Thumbs up!

If you're looking for a good way to start the day, but now hours to prepare a meal,at the same time stay in decent shape,get a copy,it will be worth while. It's a slim book, but once you make the recipes, you'll eat a low-carb breakfast and have plenty of energy to start the day! It's a keeper for me!

It has 21 really tasty breakfast recipes appropriate for anybody who is on a low carb diet. The instructions are very detailed, making them easy for anyone to follow, no matter how inexperienced at cooking they may be. It also reminded me how nice it can be to have a real meal instead of all of the "ready made" stuff I and most other people tend to eat.

This book is well worth it for anybody who is on, or soon going to be on a low carb diet.
