I know my teeth are a little sensitive. But this stuff is really strong! Great at whitening, but hurt my mouth for at least a week. i'm going to have to use a sensitive toothpaste before (like a week before) and a week after to be able to use this strong of a whitener. You have to understand that my gums are showing more than they should due to my grinding my teeth. Maybe if I was still in my 20's there would be no problem, because the stuff is good at whitening!
