My wife and I took this tablet daily at 11am along with another carb blocker without hoodia at 9am. After 30 days I have lost 10 pounds and noticably been skipping meals. The hoodia is suppressing my appitite so there are only the other factors now making me want to eat. I did some calorie counting and found I could perform ok on 900cal /day I am hopeful that I am burning my own fat and if I continue will loose another 20 lbs
