Ordered a lid, steam rack, as well as other accessories to go with the wok I ordered and received my delivery from the Wok shop in about 3 days. Not only that, but received a personal email with instructions on how to cure my new wok properly. My purchase arrived undamaged and I was even surprised with a couple of gift items thrown in free of charge! A pleasure to do business with "The Wok Shop" and I recommend them highly.

I ordered from The Wok Shop and made a mistake while ordering. I was very worried about the problem. I received the kindest e-mail from the company and all was solved. I have not recieved my Wok since I ordered it yesterday, but am looking forward to it. This company truly understands GREAT customer service.
