The Yonex Carbonex 8600Ti is the perfect racquet for beginners and intermediate badminton players. It is lighter (at 85-89 grams) than other cheaper entry-level racquets. It is even-balanced (neither head-heavy nor head-light) and has a medium flex shaft. These make it easier to control the racquet and to develop your style of playing. For beginners, this means that learning the game will be a more enjoyable (as opposed to a painful) experience. As you progress in the sport and improve your strength/power, you can move up to higher-priced and better-featured racquets later on.

I bought this racquet for USD 50++ last month and it really worth it. It's so light and really useful in improving the game especially for beginners. Buy this if you think that Armortec is too expensive for you because this one is great!!

You don't feel any stress even after playing couple of hours of badminton. I would recommend this racket to novice to intermediate players.

Was just looking for a starter racquet to pick up badminton again. Haven't played this game for decades. It is a very light and beautiful racquet. Look forwared to using it!
