No software updates!,

The actual device works well and is a great time saver. However, after spending around $120 for the device, I got a new computer a couple months later and this is not compatibale with Windows 7. The manufacturer will SELL you the new software needed for $119. Extremely ridiculous that they have the needed technology to make their device work on new computers, but refuse to share it, unless you double your investment.
