I've used one of these off and on for 13 years now, and its a great item. Everything works very well, and it holds up reliably. The bottom line is you want a folder that can hold a bunch of loose papers, a writing pad, place for a pen, and a few other handy items, (like a calculator and stuff.) A Decent Product, Although Pricey.
This is a good, carry your essentials folder (aka portfolio, padfolio). As stated in the description, there is a pen holder, legal pad pocket, a place for business cards, and a simple, solar mini, calculator. Unlike some similar products, the pocket on the left side will hold thick items, like a standard spiral notebook. Some other ones I used only had room for a few...

This is a good, carry your essentials folder (aka portfolio, padfolio). As stated in the description, there is a pen holder, legal pad pocket, a place for business cards, and a simple, solar mini, calculator. Unlike some similar products, the pocket on the left side will hold thick items, like a standard spiral notebook. Some other ones I used only had room for a few pieces of paper in this pocket. This, to me, is a big plus. I don't like legal pads for meeting notes so I keep a spiral notebook in the left side.My only complaint thus far is that it has a "cheaper" feel than I was expecting. The vinyl seems thin and "plasticy." I've used similar items where the vinyl (or whatever it is made out of) had a thicker, softer leathery feel. Maybe my expectations are high, but I was expecting a lot more for the price that this item sells for. We're not allowed to mention exact prices in reviews, but needless to say this is priced fairly high, in my opinion. Overall it's not a bad product and I think its worthy of consideration.

I've used one of these off and on for 13 years now, and its a great item. Everything works very well, and it holds up reliably.The bottom line is you want a folder that can hold a bunch of loose papers, a writing pad, place for a pen, and a few other handy items, (like a calculator and stuff.) This pad holder includes all of that, along with two business card pockets, and a sticky note dispenser. The vinyl cover is very leather-like, and has metal corner protectors to keep it in good shape. The inside vinyl has held up very well, and hasn't torn or gotten ratty looking. The only reason I'm replacing the one I have is because the interior cardboard backing has gotten a bit warped by moisture over the years, and doesn't look so perfect any more. Other than that, I'd still be using this very handy and very durable work-mate. Its been a favorite for many years, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a paper organizer with extras. |
