It is a great game that goes quickly and is a lot of fun.

And that's what you will get with this product, a wood container, instructions and depending on how long the stickers last, a legit look.

The dice are not the same size as regular dice from say..monopoly.

The product comes in a wood box, decorated on all sides with stickers of the Liar's Dice images and opens by sliding the lid over to one side. The contents are 4 plastic brown cups, 20 dice, and a set of instructions. Of the 4 cups 2 are smaller than the others and they fit nicely inside their larger counterparts. The dice come in 5 sets of individually sealed plastic bags that must be ripped open. 1 set of mine actually came in a miniature zip lock, while the rest had to be ripped open. Not sure if they were all supposed to come like that or not. However storing the dice and cups back into the box is quite simple, there isn't any particular layout or placement for anything. All of it can be thrown pell-mell back into the box, but sticking the five dice at the bottom of each cup and placing those cups stacked together really eliminates the need for the zip lock bags or any particular storing placement.

Overall: The durability is average. The box is sturdy and the cups will last a long while, but the dice are already losing their black spots (played at least 70 games in a 3 hour period) and I'm sure everyday wear will cause the box stickers to get pulled or rubbed off.

The game however is insanely fun. As mentioned by another reviewer, the games are fast paced, short and incredibly fun. You can make your own game, by buying plastic cups and dice. So what are you really paying for? A container that looks legit and maybe the instructions. And that's what you will get with this product, a wood container, instructions and depending on how long the stickers last, a legit look.

It also asked me to review its educational value. 5 stars depending on how you look at what it could teach you: How to lie and How to catch people lying.

the game is awesome. it had some different rules than the ones I had previously played with but i welcomed the changes. only complaint i would have is that the items are a bit smaller. the dice are small and cheap and the cup is almost too small to shake and drop all five dice. sometimes they stack. that said... it was like eight dollars and its awesome.

I went ahead and bought a S***load of solo cups and bicycle dice and just made my own additional sets.

Previous reviews seem accurate. We just got this, so I can't comment on durability of dice spots. The cups are cheap plastic, and smaller than I expected, but certainly acceptable. For under 10 bucks, and free shipping, my family of four can play Liar's Dice. I think it was well worth the purchase. I am very happy with it and recommend without reservation. If you want a nice set that you can proudly use with seasoned dice players, spend more money.

Based on some of the reviews here, I was expecting to get 4 sets of dice and cups. The game came with only two sets of cups and dice. The description doesn't mention how many cups/dice in the set, so I suppose it's my fault for not posting the question before I bought it.

Great set for the money, but I was a little disappointed in the quality of the cups and die. The cups were small and a cheap soft plastic. The dice are not the same size as regular dice from say..monopoly. Overall, we can play liars dice now, but there's better sets out there for sure.

I was hoping to have something that i wouldn't feel embarrassed to leave out on the coffee table. This is not that. The cups are cheap looking plastic. It is functional, but not fashionable like the ones you come across in Asia.
