This was the first Kimberly Spreen workout I have tried, and I love it! It's a high-energy cardio workout for the first 55 minutes or so, then about 15-20 minutes of leg work like lunges and squats, followed by the cool-down.

Some of the cardio choreography took a try or two to get, but I like that I had to concentrate on what I was doing. It makes the workout go by faster. I love Kimberly Spreen's style too: direct, simple, effective cuing, no silly cheerleader-type fluff, and I like that her attitude is that losing weight and being fit requires work, and it's up to you to do it.

The workout has jumping jacks and jogging and jumping, so if you don't like high-impact workouts, you will have to modify it.

I definitely feel like I put in a good workout when I am finished with this one. I had rented it from Netflix but am getting ready to buy it because I absolutely love it.
