The best I've listened to, of all cardio CDs,
By
This review is from: Cardio Mix (Audio CD)
I'm a fifty year old male, who is now 210 pounds. This is a fast paced, non-stop (each song merges into the next one)pulsating CD mix of popular songs from the 70's and 80's. I listen to it while on the bike or treadmill, and it's the best cardio CD I've come across. The selection of songs are better than almost any other CD, and the beat is non-stop for almost 62 minutes. For me, that's a perfect time, since I do one hour routines. When the music's done, so am I, and I don't even have to look at the clock. Very upbeat, very well paced. I've lost almost 55 pounds listening to this and one other CD (the music of the Rocky movies, which is different, but also very good and effective), in 4 months. Once a day, for an hour.
I've got other cardio CDs which are good, but this is the best, both in music selection, and continuity of beat.

This album is fantastic. They played it during our spinning class at the gym last week and it really made the time go faster. I sang along the entire time. Very nice rhythm (120ish BPM) and wonderful production. I HIGHLY recommend this album.

Loved it!,
This review is from: Cardio Mix (Audio CD)
Love this tape. It starts out at around a 4mph beat, but increases thruout the workout. Is comfortable to walk 4.2-4.4mph on the treadmill. Music is lively and keeps my legs moving. Songs are familiar. I have 4 tapes but use this one the most.
