Excellent product, great ABBA songs at faster pace, if you like exercising and ABBA this is a perfect combination. Or even if you simply like listening to ABBA, this cd will lift you up!

Cardio Pluse-Pumped Up Cardio Grooves is great to listen to while on the treadmill or walking outdoors. I normally walk at 3 mph on the treadmill. This motivated me to walk at 3.5 mph. Purchased an extra CD for my walking partner. We both love it!

I've owned this CD for many months and totally enjoy it. I use it when I'm on the treadmill, going for outdoor walks, biking, etc. It's up beat music that keeps you going.

Great collection of Abba songs. They put a beat track to classic Abba songs to standardize the beat. Surprisingly, it works to make a great workout CD! My water aerobics class enjoys it. They all sing along. Even my supervisor was grooving along when she came to the class.
