Cardio Workout

I copied this workout to my Ipod and use it to keep me motivated on the eliptical at the gym. While the selections aren't by the original artists, of course, the beat keeps you moving and your heart rate up. I liked that the music started with a 'warm-up', slightly less energetic beat, and then got faster.

I like the songs on this cd and enjoy working out to them. The bpm seems just right and is also great for jogging, not too fast or too slow. It's a nice addition to my workout music.

The cardio work out cd was a disappointment. I thought it would be fast pace and really help with my workout on the eliptical machine, but I didn't find it to be fast enough I would not recommend this for a fast paced workout

The music is great, but I wish we could find out how many beats per minute are on each song before buying. Also whether or not the music is mixed continuously or each song is individual ( as in this case).

Loved this CD. Kept me moving for my entire workout, can't wait to do it again. I would recommend this to anyone.

This is great music to walk to. Fast service and product was just as advertised.

I love this, the beat is so great, it literally carries me as I jog, and makes it so much easier to exercise. I hate to exercise, but with this tape I actually look forward to it!

It's a good CD and energetic. Not great but an OK addition to my collection.
